Inversions elevate our practice to new and exciting levels. Often, we have only so much time to break them down during a normal class time. This workshop will hold the space for you to really explore, ask questions, and actually practice these challenging postures in a safe and supported workshop atmosphere, while being given tips and techniques to take with you onto your own mat.
