Where Have You Been…..Where Are Your Going? Yoga and Writing Workshop

$25This two-hour workshop is designed to help you press “pause” on your life— to reflect upon the past and dream into the future. What have the past year, five years, fifty years been like for you? Who are you now, and where would you like to go? Guided by MFA student and yoga instructor Boo Geisse, you will use the tools of meditation, vinyasa yoga and journaling to ask yourself these pertinent questions and to search for answers within.
All ages and abilities welcome. In addition to your regular yoga gear, please bring a journal and a writing utensil.
