A donation-based event  

with Kathy and Heidi

When we connect to our deepest self, we create pathways towards compassion, growth and healing. Join Kathy and Heidi for an event designed to connect you to the sound of your own heartstrings. 

This practice will include meditation, breath, movement, restorative poses and Yoga Nidra, all bathed in sounds of healing vibration, Reiki and essential oils. 

Friday, February 17 6-7:30 PM* Suggested Donation: $30** (cash only)

*Space is limited to ensure Reiki is offered to each practitioner. Preregistration is required. 

**Proceeds benefit one of three local charities participants will choose.
