Join YR’s Creative Director, Matthew Shaw, to move at a supportive pace, learn foundational poses, and build confidence on your mat. Each week focuses on a different theme, so you can join anytime and feel right at home.

Discover stability and core strength in your body. Learn to feel supported and empowered in each pose.
