Happy Back Yoga

$25The Happy Back Yoga workshop is designed for people dealing with an achy back, chronic back pain and those looking to maintain their spinal health. In this class we will cover some of the more common causes of lower back pain and work on using breathing techniques and targeted stretches to release tension, relieve compression and create space in the spinal column. Karen has completed the Happy Back Yoga training, a program designed by Rachel Krentzman, an internationally known physical therapist and e-RYT.
