Join Yoga Roots and Heidi as we kick off our online class schedule on Wednesday, March 25th at 11am.  Heidi will briefly touch on our highest hope, allow all who participate to silently set an Intention, and then practice and breathe together for an All Levels Flow.  This is sure to be a special moment, so we are honoring it as a FREE class.   The class will be broadcast through ZOOM, and is limited to the first 100 people that sign in.  So please, let’s come together and enjoy yoga as a community.
