Come meet our new teacher, Nick Cerri, and our new class, Rocket this Saturday from 1:15-3:15pm.

“The fast paced, rhythmic flow known as The Rocket was developed by Larry Schultz, a student of K. Pattabhi Jois, during his time as the personal yoga teacher for The Grateful Dead. The sequence is aptly named because it “Gets you there faster!” With an emphasis on modification and tempo, the Rocket is based on the Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series while incorporating elements of flow and a sense of playfulness to connect postures. Designed to invigorate the body and mind the sequence instills a powerful sense of freedom within the student.  Those interested will find that the sequence accommodates for all levels and previous backgrounds.”
