Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or need a refresh, this free workshop is for you- we’ll be going through the basic poses (asanas) of Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, and introduction to breath work and just get you familiar with some of the other terms you might hear in a class. Come with questions, a mat, and and open mind, and get ready to flow!
