Everyday Yoga Strong

$30Interested in building your strength and bone density while moving to the flow of your breath? Then join Karen as she leads you through a mindful vinyasa style class utilizing a resistance band. By focusing primarily on the muscles of the backside (think rotator cuff, rhomboids, lats, glutes…) we’ll balance out our strength, complement our existing yoga practice and reduce our chances for injury. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of stretching too. Modifications will be offered for varying levels. Resistance band is included in the cost and yours to take home.
