Slow Flow and Candlelight Intention Setting 2023

Wrap 2023 in gratitude and set intentions for 2024 with a 75 minute slow flow yoga practice on New Years Eve. The class will conclude with a special 15 minute shavasana where you will be immersed in the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes.
A special surprise will conclude our time together……
