A Winter Solstice Event with Heidi

Join Heidi Friday, December 22 for a Solstice celebration. Winter Solstice honors the longest night and ushers in the season of Winter. Traditionally this is a time for turning inward, taking stock and creating intentions for the year ahead. The practice includes guided meditation, intention setting, and a gentle slow flow ending with some sweet restorative poses. Reiki energy will be offered to participants throughout the practice.
