Mother Daughter Workshop

The mother-daughter relationship can be one of the deepest, most nurturing relationships in our lives. How we connect to ourselves and those closest to us is part of what yoga can reveal. In this workshop, mothers (or mother figures) and daughters of all ages will explore those connections through the practice of yoga. This workshop will include opportunities to connect through meditation, partner poses and some movement based yoga. Bring your daughter, your niece or any significant female in your life. Ages 10 and up.

Cost is $15 per person.  Please register individually through MindBody.
