This Thursday we are moving our Thursday, 645pm Class to our neighbor’s place……Eastwood Furniture.  Guiding an amazing class with be your regular Thursday teacher, Sindy Warren.  Enjoy a Vinyasa Class in the loft at Eastwood Furniture, and follow it with donation based vino and a casual perusing of the beautiful furniture in the space.  A true Community Building Event.  After all, as we say, Yoga Roots is a Community Within a Community!
