SUMMARY:Get Rooted Fall Yoga Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Every fall we embark on a yoga challenge…and this fall is no different.  Using the inspiration “Get Rooted”\, this is your opportunity to challenge yourself to find you mat more.  From October 8th through November 7th\, you have roughly 60 classes per week to settle in for a transformative process.  As we typically do\, YR is adding several opportunities for comfort and meditation to provide you balance during this journey.   Yoga Nidra\, Meditation and of course our staples of Slow Flow\, Yin and Restorative provide daily alternatives to the physically demand of a 30 day challenge. \nWe’d love to have you be a part of this incredible energy.  Sign up on our poster boards in the cubby area\, and chart your classes  next to your name.  Once you reach 10 classes\, you receive a free t-shirt.  We are also giving away a zip hoodie as well as an insulated metal water bottle.  As if YOGA wasn’t enough\, lol. \nThis is sure to set you up for a fantastic fall season and ready you for the upcoming holidays.  Don’t overthink this…just Get Rooted! \n  \nPS.  We have created a special Get Rooted Fall Pass which is an unlimited pass good for the exact dates of the Challenge.  However\, you do not have to purchase this pass.  Instead\, you can continue to use passes you already own.  It’s your choice.  If you do make the purchase\, your existing passes will be placed on hold for these 30 days. \n  \nOK….It’s Time!  See you on your mats. \n
