Yoga Nidra

Rest and Restore your body and mind with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra translates to Yogic Sleep. These classes will entail a guided 1/2 hour meditation to induce physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra allows us to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system to help us restore and heal.
About Aimee:
In my 300 hour YTT, I was introduced to Yoga Nidra; it was a life changing practice that I had the pleasure of practicing as well as leading. I felt fully connected to my body and so relaxed I couldn’t tell if I was awake or asleep or somewhere in between. I truly enjoy being able to share this practice with anyone who is looking to take some time out of their day to rest and allow their bodies to heal in a different way!
