Meditation

I don’t meditate to get good at meditating. I meditate to get good at life. I use different breathing techniques and other forms of mindfulness to switch my body from fight or flight mode to rest and digest mode. This allows me to remain present and experience all life has to offer.

The focus of this class will be on stress relief and anxiety reduction methods.

We get it. You lead a busy life that inevitably results in chronic stress, worry & anxiety, and we’re here to help. You will leave class with actionable tips/tricks to help keep you calm, cool and collected before that next big presentation or sales pitch at work. Utilizing these methods will help you perform at your best when it matters the most.
