In Sanskrit, chakras are defined as wheels of light. Exploring these energy centers give us a greater understanding of ourselves, aid the process of self-healing and can grow our yoga practice.
In this workshop we will have some fun exploring how the chakras are related to our practice using focal points such as aromatherapy, crystals, colors, foods, and of course, the yoga asana practice. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat!
