Join Sharon for a 75 minute class that can support the natural detoxification process by increasing circulation, compressing and twisting internal organs, and encouraging relaxation.

Class will start with meditation and pranayama (breathing), then we will build heat through vigorous asanas, including twists to release toxins.  This practice is designed to release negative energy by lifting it up and outward.
