We will start out with Aromatherapy and essential oils that support the 6th Chakra, while holding gentle Restorative Yoga poses.

Then we will make ourselves comfortable on our backs for Yoga Nidra to bring balance to the 7th Chakra.  

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep” as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique.

What’s it like?
You will rest comfortably in savasana as you are guided through the five layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness.
It’s like conscious sleep.
