Yoga and Wellness Retreat – $850/person

Yoga Roots is offering its first ever Community Retreat. This all inclusive 5 days/4 nights (excluding travel/air) will provide the sanctuary for connecting, relaxation and a deeper sense of your well being. Included are your rooms, three meals a day, 2 spa appointments, unlimited access to the natural springs and daily yoga/events.

TENTATIVE ITINERARY:

Wednesday:
• Arrive all day and settle, walk the property, early arrivals can go soak or hike or walk about town.  We are in walking distance to Manitou Springs.
• 6:00 Dinner
• 7:00 Orientation with Sun Mountain Staff and opening circle
• 8:00 evening restorative practice/ Meditation Bedtime early as it is 2 hours later back home
Thursday:
• 6:30 am Coffee/Tea/Snack
• 7:30 Sun Practice
• 9:30 Breakfast
• 10:30 Pottery with Maggie [imprint of face]  Ceremonial
• 1:00 Lunch
• 2:00 Hike Pikes Peak Trail [bus will take us to the base of the trail]
• 5:00 Rest
• 6:30 Dinner
• 8:00 Soak at Sun Water [peeps should bring a beach towel] and of course a bathing suit.
• 10:00  Yoga Nidra/Night Night
Friday:
• 6:30 am Coffee/Tea/Snack
• 7:30 Mountain Practice
• 9:30 Breakfast
• 11:00 Garden of the Gods Hike
• 1:00 Lunch
• Free to roam Manitou or hang or Spa it
• 4:00  Moon Practice
• 6:30 Dinner
• 8:00 Dance Party
Saturday:
• 6:30 am Coffee/Tea/Snack
• 7:30 Moon Practice
• 9:30 Breakfast
• 11:00 Hike Pikes Peak or Manitou Incline [more intense to say the least]
• Box Lunch on the top of the trail
• 4:00 Sun Mountain rest
• 6:30 Dinner
• 8:00 Sun Water Soak and Practice
Sunday:
• 6:30 am Coffee/Tea/Snack
• 7:30 Practice and Soak
• 9:30 Breakfast
• 12:00 Closing ceremony
• Box lunch
