Are you looking to turn your practice Upside Down? Join us to learn all about the steps to take to make it happen with confidence. Aimee and Katie help you learn how to safely Lift Off! We will use our own bodies and some provided props to learn the poses that condition us for full inversions. All you need is an adventurous attitude…..and then let’s play!
