Here we go again…and we can’t wait. We are excited to launch our 4th Annual Spring Yoga Challenge, May 10th through June 9th.

This is your opportunity to challenge yourself to find you mat more. From May 10th through June 9th, you have roughly 60 classes per week to settle in for a transformative process. As we typically do, YR is adding several opportunities for comfort and meditation to provide you balance during this journey. Yoga Nidra, Meditation and of course our staples of Slow Flow, Yin and Restorative provide daily alternatives to the physically demand of a 30 day challenge. We’d love to have you be a part of this incredible energy.

Sign up poster boards will be arriving soon in the cubby area so that you can chart your classes. Once you reach 10 classes, you begin to receive prizes. Stay tuned for updates on prose levels and what the fun will entail. As if YOGA wasn’t enough, lol.

This is sure to set you up for a fantastic summer, the beach and those wedding reception dresses. Don’t overthink this…just Jump!

PS. We have created a special Spring Challenge Pass ($120) which is an unlimited pass good for the exact dates of the Challenge. However, you do not have to purchase this pass. Instead, you can continue to use passes you already own. It’s your choice. If you do make the purchase, your existing passes will be placed on hold for these 30 days.OK….It’s Time!
