Learn the basics of how to turn upside down safely with two girls who love to invert. These challenging postures don’t always get broken down in a traditional Vinyasa class, so we will use 90 minutes to talk about the best way to flip our perspective on our mats. Come with a fun, open minded attitude! (recommended that practitioners have a Vinyasa practice already)
